Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with K/DEW. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach you.

Where we ship

At this time, we ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. We do not currently offer international shipping. We're working on expanding to more locations in the future, so stay tuned.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, standard delivery within the UK typically takes 5–8 business days. This means most orders arrive within approximately 6–10 business days from the moment you place them, accounting for both processing and delivery.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delivery delays — important

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes above, please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may occasionally be longer (or shorter) than expected due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • High order volumes during sales, promotions, or peak seasons such as holidays
  • Delays caused by the courier or postal service
  • Adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen events
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
  • Customs, regional, or logistical disruptions
  • Failed delivery attempts or issues accessing the delivery address

We are not responsible for delays once the package has left our facility and is in the hands of the courier. If your order is significantly delayed, please don't hesitate to reach out and we'll do our best to help track it down.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at hellokdew@gmail.com and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.

Lost or missing packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the courier.
